This 2.5-hectare vineyard showcases one of the highest concentrations of Cabernet Franc in Bordeaux, with 80% Cabernet Franc and 20% Merlot planted in deep, sandy, clay soils. With an average vine age of 50 years, owner and winemaker Catherine Papon Nouvel has converted this family vineyard to organic farming.
