Vincent Gaudry, in Sury-en-Vaux, is after a Sancerre that still tastes of where it was grown. 細量、低干預。酒係清新、當代，而唔係追求厚重。Viognier佢哋會提早採收以鎖住鮮活的酸度；Syrah則採取溫和的萃取方式，多數用舊木桶陳釀。正因為永遠由風土地塊出發，理念同酒先至會出現喺我哋舖頭。
