Vincent Gaudry, in Sury-en-Vaux, is after a Sancerre that still tastes of where it was grown. The Revue des Vins de France, giving him two stars, caught the aim: “Listening to the ancients, discreet Vincent Gaudry wish to reconnect with a white Sancerre taste he considers lost. A precise sincerity and a vision for Sancerre wines with identity.”

細量、低干預。酒係清新、當代，而唔係追求厚重。Viognier佢哋會提早採收以鎖住鮮活的酸度；Syrah則採取溫和的萃取方式，多數用舊木桶陳釀。正因為永遠由風土地塊出發，理念同酒先至會出現喺我哋舖頭。
Small lots, low intervention. The wines are fresh and contemporary rather than built for weight. Viognier is picked early for vibrant acidity; Syrah is handled gently, and aged in mostly used oak. That site-first habit is why they belong here.
