This small family estate in Morey-Saint-Denis spans just 4 hectares, with half in prestigious Grand Cru sites🌱 including Clos de la Roche, Clos Saint-Denis, Charmes-Chambertin, and Clos de Vougeot.

Jerome describes 2023 as an energetic, vibrant and fruit-driven vintage. The wines are beautifully balanced — lively and fresh, with excellent concentration and refined tannins.

Florence Cholet擁有葡萄栽培同釀酒學碩士學位，早年在獨立實驗室分析過幾乎全勃艮第嘅葡萄酒。正式接手家族前，她到世界各地酒莊深造，包括Chapoutier、Chateau de Pibarnon、Walla Walla，同埋澳洲多個年份釀酒，國際經驗非常扎實。

而家 Florence 用可持續種植方式打理 7.5 公頃老藤葡萄園，藤齡 25 到 80 年都有🌱，分布喺 Puligny-Montrachet、Meursault、Saint-Romain 同 Auxey-Duresses。

With a licence in viticulture and a Master’s in oenology, Florence Cholet gained exceptional insight by analysing virtually every wine in Burgundy at an independent laboratory. She later refined her skills with international experience at Chapoutier, Chateau de Pibarnon, Walla Walla, and several vintages in Australia, before returning to family vineyards.

She now farms 7.5 hectares of old vines aged 25 to 80 years🌱sustainably across Puligny-Montrachet, Meursault, Saint-Romain and Auxey-Duresses.
