經過幾十年荒廢之後，Chateau de Bonnezeaux 喺2012年由 Guyonne Saclier de la Batie 重新經營，靈感來自當地乾型白詩南先驅 Mark Angeli 同 Stephane Bernaudeau。而家由 Pierre Boisseau 同 Léa Meslet 接手，管理九公頃葡萄園。佢哋以有機方式耕作，採用生物動力做法，產量極低，人手採收，自然發酵。酒液喺舊橡木桶熟成，唔澄清唔過濾，以 Vin de France 裝瓶，清晰展現每塊片岩地塊個性💛。

🤫Forget the classic sweet Chenins of the Bonnezeaux appellation. This small Loire estate - Chateau de Bonnezeaux - is now known for something far more compelling — pure, mineral-driven dry Chenin Blanc🤩 from old vines brought back to life.
After decades of neglect, Chateau de Bonnezeaux was revived from 2012 by Guyonne Saclier de la Bâtie, who drew inspiration from dry-Chenin pioneers Mark Angeli and Stéphane Bernaudeau. The first new vintage was released in 2016. Today the work continues under Pierre Boisseau and Lea Meslet across nine hectares. They farm organically with biodynamic-inspired practices, very low yields, hand harvesting and spontaneous fermentation. The wines mature in older oak and are bottled unfined and unfiltered as Vin de France, letting the individual schist parcels speak clearly💛.
These Chenins stand out for their density, perfume, freshness and striking minerality. Production remains tiny, so the wines are increasingly sought after for their old-vine concentration and clear vineyard character.

La Minée-Haute 2023 – South-west-facing vines planted 1997/98 on clay over schist. The broadest and most powerful of the of the two 2023 Minée wines: ripe orchard fruit, quince, spice and waxy richness with a saline finish.
La Minée-Basse 2023 – Older 1991/92 vines on clay over sandstone schist. More lifted and energetic, with pear, exotic fruit, smoke and lanolin supported by a taut mineral edge.
Vieilles Vignes du Fief Prevost 2021 – The estate’s oldest vines🌟 (1975/76) on green and purple schist. The most structured and age-worthy: lemon, beeswax, white flowers, honey and flint after four years in older oak.

Rich and expansive, La Minée-Haute comes from south-west-facing vines planted in 1997/98. Clay over schist gives the wine both weight and underlying tension. After 24 months in older oak, it shows ripe orchard fruit, quince, spice and waxy depth, finishing with the broad, saline persistence that distinguishes it as the most powerful of the two 2023 Minées.
Chateau de Bonnezeaux La Minee Basse Chenin 2023 - Bt

At the foot of a gravel slope, this small parcel of 1991/92 vines produces a more lifted and energetic expression. Its clay-and-schist soil and 24 months in non-new oak frame aromas of pear, exotic fruit, lanolin and smoke. Compared with La Minée-Haute, La Minée-Basse is lighter on its feet, more aromatic and vibrant, with a taut mineral finish.

It is sourced from vines planted in 1975/76 on thin clay-loam over exposed schist. Exceptionally low yields and four years of ageing in older oak have produced a deeply layered Chenin, marked by lemon, quince, beeswax, white flowers, ginger and flint.
