DELIVERY

All wines delivered from our storage will be in temperature controlled vessels, unless by courier for non-local delivery. We recommend sending wines by courier only in the Autumn/Winter months.

For wines currently stored in Hong Kong, customers have the following options:

  • HK Local delivery
    Local delivery is free for purchases at or over $1,500 on wines and Jancis Robinson Wine Glasses. Otherwise there is a $100 charge for orders below $1,500. Delivery will be arranged in 1-2 working days after payment is received.

    ** We can deliver to Discovery Bay, Ma Wan and Hong Kong International Airport, but a surcharge will be added to the order prior to delivery for requests to have the wines delivered to such locations per the schedule below.

    Orders below $1,500: $600 charge

    Orders above $1,500: $400 charge

    Orders above $3,000: $200 charge

    Orders above $4,500: delivery charge waived

  • HK Self pick-up
    Wines can be collected at Crown Wine Cellars' Tuen Mun or Shouson Hill sites. The wines will be made available for pick-up at least 2 working days after confirmation of payment receipt. This service is free of charge. Please text us or email us at sales@vynluna.com for arrangement. Crown Wine Cellars require the pick-up person’s HKID full name and ID first 5 digits in advance for on-site identity verification on collection date.

  • Transfer to your account at Crown Wine Cellars
    Transferring wines to your Crown Wine Cellars account is also free of charge. Please text us or email us at sales@vynluna.com to arrange the transfer.

For wines currently stored in the UK, customers have the following options.

  • Store the wines with us at Octavian, a world class wine storage facility.

  • Deliver to Hong Kong. We can quote delivery costs on a case by case basis. The time this will take depends on whether sea or air shipment has been requested.

  • Transfer to other in bond storage facilities in the UK. We can quote transfer costs on a case by case basis.

Deliver to destinations outside of Hong Kong and the UK:

  • We can advise whether this is possible, and if so the costs on a case by case basis. Please email us at sales@vynluna.com for more information.

What is your returns policy?

Items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Can you store wines for me?

We can store purchased wines for clients at our HKQAA standard warehouse in Hong Kong for free for up to 6 months. After a maximum of 6 months, storage charges will apply.

You can also store wines with us in the UK at the world renowned facilities at Octavian.
