First Appearance: New Burgundies Just In
🥰又有Burgundy啱啱到，唔少仲係第一次喺我哋度出現🙌。而家至9月28日，以下酒款可享95折，啱哂準備嚟緊中秋飲🥮🌕。
Carabello-Baum Chateau de Pommard Pommard Grand Vin 2013係酒莊旗艦混釀，來自Clos Marey-Monge monopole。而家已經入適飲期：有紅果同花香，底層就係Pommard嗰種帶鐵味嘅 grip。而家已經好好飲，之後十年都會繼續慢慢打開。
隸屬於Picard家族嘅Au Pied du Mont Chauve——「那座光禿山丘的山腳」，當地人以前咁叫 Montrachet座山——有兩款已經有啲年紀嘅2007 Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru。La Maltroie 喺斜坡較高位，黏土石灰岩夾住啲石，所以酒身保持清脆、帶礦物感，唔會太肥厚。Les Vergers 以前係果園，後尾先改種葡萄，土壤係帶石嘅白泥灰岩，酒體稍微闊啲——果味同酸度都有，木桶帶出少少核桃味。
Pierre Girardin Meursault Les Narvaux 2023來自 Genevrières上面較高嗰幅地，兩支入面偏緊、偏鹹嗰支。佢支Batard-Montrachet 2019來自85年老藤，就厚啲：重量感、黃果同橙花，尾韻長。
另外，MJ Tricot 家族1848年開始已經喺Meursault種葡萄，呢支Perrieres Premier Cru 2019喺 Bouchard Pere et Fils釀。Perrières 係 Meursault 較石嗰面；呢支有花香、飽滿但唔重，收結仲好新鮮，可以放耐啲。
仲想要紅酒嘅話🍷，有Hubert Lignier。Morey-Saint-Denis La Riotte Premier Cru 2019喺Clos-Saint-Denis山腳——個性好出、櫻桃同香料，絲絨單寧，以礦石感貫穿。Chambolle-Musigny Les Bussieres 2019來自Morey邊界，含蓄啲、經典啲：專注複雜香氣同細緻單寧。

The late-release Carabello-Baum Chateau de Pommard Pommard Grand Vin 2013 is the estate’s flagship blend from the Clos Marey-Monge monopole. Now in its drinking window: still red-fruited and floral, with that iron-tinged Pommard grip underneath. It is already lovely, and should keep unfolding for a decade.
From the Picard family, Au Pied du Mont Chauve — “at the foot of the bald mountain,” the old local name for the Montrachet hill — has two 2007 Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Crus with real age on them. La Maltroie sits high on the slope, on clay-limestone with rocks, so it stays crisp and stony rather than rich. Les Vergers was an orchard before vines went in; the soils are stony white marl, and the wine is a little broader — fruit and acidity, with a hint of walnut from the wood.
Pierre Girardin’s Meursault Les Narvaux 2023 comes from a high parcel above Genevrières. It is the tighter, saltier Meursault of the two. His Batard-Montrachet 2019, from 85-year-old vines, is the richer one: more weight, yellow fruit and orange blossom, and a long finish.
MJ Tricot, whose family has tended Meursault vines since 1848, has the Perrieres Premier Cru 2019, vinified at Bouchard Pere et Fils. Perrieres is the stonier face of Meursault; this one is floral and full without turning heavy, with a fresh finish that still has time ahead of it.
If you have been waiting for reds🍷, there is Hubert Lignier. The Morey-Saint-Denis La Riotte Premier Cru 2019 sits at the foot of Clos-Saint-Denis — open, cherry and spice, velvety, with a stony thread. The Chambolle-Musigny Les Bussieres 2019, on the Morey border, is quieter and more classic: less show, more perfume and fine tannin.

The cool, late season produced a classical, pure style. In the glass, it shows red cherry and cranberry, rose and savory spice, with an iron-tinged, earthy-mineral finish that is distinctly Pommard. Deep, refined and tangy, with fine tannins. Great juice that will keep evolving.
Au Pied du Mont Chauve Chassagne-Montrachet La Maltroie Premier Cru 2007 - Bt

High on a gentle clay-limestone slope, among “Loups” rocks and a marl fault, thirty-year vines fill the glass with citrus, white flowers and chalk. The palate is poised, opening with lemon zest and clementine over wet-stone minerality, then a bright, fine, lingering finish — built to unfold.
Au Pied du Mont Chauve Chassagne-Montrachet Les Vergers Premier Cru 2007 - Bt

From a gentle northeast slope of white marl and stony limestone, the nose is taut and mineral, opening to citrus blossom and wet stone. The palate is focused and linear: bitter lemon, orange rind and bright citrus, with a long, chalky, saline finish that lingers with real precision.

From a high-altitude (300m) parcel above Genevrières Premier Cru, flinty old vines yield yellow fruit, lemongrass, beeswax and gunflint. Rich but taut, with peach, honey and a fine whole-cluster frame. Long, salty and savoury on the finish, with mineral spice, butter and discreet oak. Concentrated and focused.
MJ Tricot Meursault Perrieres Premier Cru 2019 - Bt

From famously stony ground, a Premier Cru of high minerality, finesse and purity. Aged 10+ months in French oak, 15% new. Blossom and discreet oak on the nose. Full-bodied yet subtle, with real presence on the palate and a brisk, lingering finish that promises more than a decade in the cellar.
Domaine Hubert Lignier Morey St Denis La Riotte Premier Cru 2019 - Bt | RP92-94

The 2019 Morey-Saint-Denis 1er Cru La Riotte opens in the glass with notes of cherries, sweet red berries, raw cocoa, spices and orange rind. Medium to full-bodied, velvety and sapid, with fine depth at the core and an immensely charming, open profile, it will offer a broad drinking window. Lignier observes that this site never suffers from hydric stress and came in at the highest alcohol level this year—that's to say, in the low 14s.

Domaine Hubert Lignier Chambolle-Musigny Les Bussieres 2019 - Bt | NM91-93

The 2019 Chambolle-Musigny Les Bussières 1er Cru comes from 0.50-hectares of 50-year-old vines and includes 30% whole bunches and is aged in 20% new oak. It has a well defined bouquet with brambly red fruit, sage and light sousbois aromas. The palate is classic in style, fresh with chalky tannins, zippy acidity and a surprisingly strict finish that might be just going through a prenatal dumb phase. Afford it 3-5 years in bottle at least, because the long saline finish augurs a bright future.

Pierre Girardin Batard-Montrachet Grand Cru 2019 - Bt | JM94-97

Pierre Girardin was fortunate enough to purchase 3 ouvrees of Bâtard-Montrachet in late 2017, a plot with 85 year old vines. Rich yellow and very weighty. Spectacular! This is the vineyard that encouraged Pierre to go higher in canopy. A fabulous mix of complex yellow fruit, a little bit of orange blossom, but a greener thread too, showing that this has not gone through too far in ripeness. Very complete and lasts extremely well in the mouth. Tasted Oct 2020 by Jasper Morris MW.
