Rhys Vineyards Skyline Vineyard Pinot Noir 2008 - Bt | RP92

HK$1,100.00

Bt (750ml)

Stock Location: HK

Tasting note

The 2008 Pinot Noir Skyline Vineyard, cropped at higher yields than the inaugural and minuscule 2007, holds up well today, defined by a certain firmness from the heavier extraction protocols the Rhys team used then, including punch-downs during the cold-soak phase. One of the darker and more earthy examples of the site, particularly of its early iterations, it captures the textural combination of density and refinement endemic to the site before closing with a muscular finish of considerable structural tenacity and grip.

Score: 92
