Tasting note
50% Grenache Blanc, 50% Clairette. Rather reduced nose when I tasted it from tank but obviously fine. Honey notes and slightly heavy on the palate at this stage. Spicy and very tight indeed. Emmanuel Reynaud says this is the last week you can taste it before he bottles it the following week. (JR)
