Tasting note
Attractive, lightly grassy and herbal aromas with lime leaf, lime juice and a gently flinty edge. This is subtly complex and very focused. The palate has a very composed core of lime and gently nutty, almond-like flavors, good acidity and smooth textural resolve. From biodynamically grown grapes. Drink now. Screw cap.
