From three parcels (Le Crêt, La Bardette, and La Reine) onblue Lower Jurassic marl, fermented wild and aged 20+ months in used barrels. Lemon, pear, white stone fruit and toasted nut over wet chalk. Cold, linear and tightly wound, with classic acidity driving a lengthy saline close.
