Old vines (~45 yeard old) in red clay ferment with native yeasts and rest a year on lees in used oak. Straw-gold, with yellow orchard fruit, plum, toasted almond, faint vanilla and mineral notes. Elegant, finely textured; bright acidity, plump mid-palate and a long saline, stony finish.
