Aurelien Lemaire有兩支出色嘅Brut Nature，都係來自白堊土。La Trempette 2021 清澈精準，有鮮蘋果、柑橘同鹹鮮張力；Les Terres Jaunes 2022 就成熟啲，有梨同金合歡花香，平衡同活力都好強！
對於鍾意真誠、礦物感強、表達豐富嘅小農香檳愛好者嚟講，Thomas Perseval 絕對係一個驚喜。來自 Chamery 圓形劇場式斜坡嘅 Art’ Terre 2022，帶來鮮明油桃、柑橘同白堊土精準感；而 La Masure Rosé de Maceration 2022 就呈現細膩三文魚粉紅色澤、紅莓、白花同優雅持久嘅鹹鮮餘韻。

We certainly can’t—especially when this compelling new selection of Champagne arrivals lands in store. These Champagnes stand out for their strong terroir expression, finesse, and pure drinking pleasure.
From Jacquesson, the Cuvee 748 Extra Brut NV offers bright floral and mineral notes layered with vibrant citrus. Elegant and classically poised—impossible not to love.
Aurelien Lemaire delivers two excellent Brut Nature Champagnes from chalky soils. The La Trempette 2021 impresses with luminous precision, fresh apple, citrus, and saline tension. The Les Terres Jaunes 2022 shows riper pear and acacia notes with impressive balance and energy.

From Boursault’s chalky slopes, this vibrant blend (40% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier, 20% Chardonnay) sparkles with energy. A portion of Chardonnay aged in Georgian amphorae adds complexity. Its chalky terroir shines through in the elegant nose and on the palate as well. Fresh apple, citrus and mineral aromas lead to fine bubbles, bright acidity, taut tension and crisp saline finish. The palate shows creamy texture lifted by vibrant acidity and refined minerality, finishing complex, layered and saline.
Clandestin Les Revers Brut Nature 2020 - Bt

This pure Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs comes from a single north-facing Kimmeridgian plot. It offers pristine minerality with pear, orange blossom, gunflint and toast. Lively and bright, it unfolds with ripe peach notes, white flowers, and a lifted citrus finish on palate. Fresh, intense and elegantly refined. Only around 3,000 bottles produced.
