Andre Chemin 唔算係人人口中嘅名字——而呢點正正就係重點。酒莊喺1948年成立，而家由第三代嘅 Eva 同 Sébastian 接手。家族喺 Reims 山脈（Petite Montagne de Reims）山坡上嘅 Premier Cru 村落 Sacy 同 Écueil，以有機方式耕作一個細規模葡萄園。呢支酒用 100% Pinot Noir 釀成🍇，個性比香檳成日講嘅精緻紅果風格更深沉。一開樽先聞到泥炭、鼠尾草同月桂葉嘅輕輕氣味，跟住慢慢展開桑葚、香桃木同深色 Pinot 果香，細緻嘅鹹鮮感一直貫穿其中。

Andre Chemin is not a household name—and that is precisely the point. Founded in 1948 and now run by third-generation Eva and Sébastian, the family farms organically on a small estate in the Premier Cru villages of Sacy and Écueil, on the slopes of the Petite Montagne de Reims. From those sites comes this 100% Pinot Noir🍇, with a darker, more restless personality than the polished red-fruit style Champagne often promises. It opens with a whisper of peat, sage and bay leaf, then unfurls into mulberry, myrtle and dark Pinot fruit, all carried by a fine saline edge.
The wine’s depth comes from 57% perpetual reserve, while malolactic fermentation, at least 15 months on lees and a very low 3 g/L dosage keep it precise rather than heavy. The finish is chalky, savoury and firmly anchored in its mountain terroir.
This is Champagne for drinkers who want character before celebrity🍾: a small-grower blanc de noirs with real tension, quiet power and a clear sense of its place.
