Jerome Billard正把Domaine de la Noblaie推向Chinon頂尖酒莊之列，釀造出Loire Valley最精緻的葡萄酒。這座家族酒莊自1952年起傳承至今，Jerome曾在Petrus、Dominus及Sacred Hill等頂級酒莊積累豐富經驗，🪄2003年與Elodie攜手回歸，透過詳細的土壤研究、2012年新建酒窖以及2014年獲得有機認證，革新酒莊。酒莊榮獲2024年Bettane & Desseauve四星評級，摘得👏🏻「Loire Valley大師（The Virtuoses of the Loire）」美譽。

Jerome Billard is putting Domaine de la Noblaie on the map as a top Chinon producer, crafting some of Loire’s finest wines. A family estate since 1952, Jerome, with experience at top estates like Petrus, Dominus, and Sacred Hill, 🪄returned in 2003 with Elodie to revamp it through detailed soil studies, a new winery in 2012, and organic certification in 2014. It earned “The Virtuoses of the Loire” title with 4 stars in Bettane & Desseauve 2024.👏🏻
Spanning 17 hectares of Cabernet Franc and a rare 4 hectares of Chenin Blanc on gentle southeast facing slopes of clay over tuffeau (local limestone), all grapes are hand-picked in multiple passes for optimal ripeness. Jérôme blends old-world magic —like fermentation in tuffeau vats—with modern touches: spontaneous ferments, extended macerations, and 6-24 months ageing in large oak barrels, vats, or amphorae, with minimal new oak and sulphur to highlight pure fruit and terroir. The result: elegant, concentrated wines with ageing grace that pair beautifully with meals
Discover the floral, peachy Goutte de Rosé from 30-year-old vines; the Monange sparkling rosé aged 36+ months; the vibrant, ageable Chante le Vent Chenin from 50-year-olds, vinified in ceramic pots and oak for complexity; or the lush, botrytis-touched La Part des Anges Chenin, creamy with yellow stone fruit and great longevity.
For reds, savor the mineral-structured Les Blancs Manteaux from 70-year vines, bursting with dark stone fruit; the fresh, red-blue fruited Les Chiens Chiens from clay parcels; and the flagship Pierre de Tuf, ferments in a 15th-century tuffeau cuve in the estate’s limestone cellar wall. It offers elegant complexity, juicy black fruit, smoky violets, and balanced tannins with great ageing potential.
