Tasting note
Fresh lemon and lime colour. Saline, mineral, limestone nose, on the rocks, really quite an intriguing detailed nose. There is some wood sitting behind here. Some riper notes, with bacon fat and yellow fruit, then a prettily balanced aftertaste, with proper persistence. DIAM 10 closure. Drink from 2026-2033. Tasted May 2023.
