Vincent's high-density plantings in this vineyard have produced a superb 2018 Santenay 1er Cru Les Gravières. Exhibiting aromas of citrus oil, crisp green apple, white flowers, pear and crushed chalk, it's medium to full-bodied, layered and concentrated, with tangy acids, fine depth at the core and deftly judged structuring dry extract.
