12.7% alcohol, 4.60TA, 3.20pH. Clear pale lemon. There is a touch riper fruit here, just short of the peaches. But it is not hugely ripe and the palate is thrilling, with a massive intensity, really exciting. I haven’t tasted many so far but this could be among the very best. Just one barrel but it is a star.
