Tasting note
The 2012 Irancy Veaupessiot exhibits a darker-fruited bouquet than the higher-toned Les Cailles, evoking smoky plums and cassis, as well as notions of grilled meats and dark chocolate. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, with finer tannins and a more gourmand profile, displaying the concentration and depth typical of the vintage.
