Pale lemon yellow A striking elegance alongside the power. Then some bacon fat and just a little alcohol. Interesting complex wine. This wine absolutely shows the intensity that you would want to see from Montrachet and there is a divine fresh citrus acidity to back it up. Much more white fruit than yellow, a very grand wine indeed, with just half a degree more alcohol than ideal. But what an aftertaste! DIAM 30 closure. Tasted May 2023 by Jasper Morris MW.
