Tasting note
A lively full fresh purple. The wine is at a cool temperature down here in the cellar and not showing much detail on the nose. Then a wonderful surge in the fruit, deep fresh raspberry, mature cherry, a little youthful bitterness behind. Very backward. One new barrel out of the two. There may well be even more to this wine than I am currently seeing. Drink from 2032-2040. Tasted Nov 2023 by Jasper Morris MW.
