Tasting note
Two plots one limestone one marly. Gilbert notes that he no longer gets oidium here since turning organic. 80% whole bunch. A fresh, even purple, with an interesting almost two-tone aspect. Red fruits not massive, with some oak, well stretched out. Drink from 2030-2038. Tasted Dec 2023.
