Tasting note
60% new wood 25% whole bunch vinification. 90% of this cuvée is 1er Cru Les Baudes, the remainder coming from village level Véroilles. Nicolas Drouhin’s great-grandmother Suzanne came from a Chambolle family. Svelte, succulent, a slight chocolate note at the back but enough grip to keep it all fresh. Tasted Dec 2018.
