Tasting note
From shallow clay soils in Courgis, the 2021 Chablis Les Ardillers unwinds in the glass with aromas of green apple, white flowers and smoke, followed by a medium to full-bodied, impressively deep and layered palate. Tangy and saline, it's built to age with grace.
