Tasting note
A blend of three plots. The Pommard plot has a short skin contact (3 days), while waiting for the other two plots, one in Meursault Les Basses Gouttes (100 years plus) and le Jardin in Corgoloin, which were picked from 4th to 8th depending on the plot. Mid yellow, but brilliant and with energy. A perfect Aligoté nose, with harmony on the palate, a little waxy note and a slight youthful bitterness which does not at all interfere with the harmony. Impeccable. Drink from 2025-2028. Tasted Nov 2024.
