Tasting note
Quite reductive, along with energy in the colour, this should be exciting when the reduction blows off. Excellent tension, layers of fruit, the oak well harnessed, and adequate acidity. A little bit of almond paste appears further back on the palate. The reduction would need to blow off more to obtain the 5th star. Drink from 2026-2034. Tasted May 2024.
