Tasting note
From three lieux-dits, Treux, Quartier de Nuits and Champs Traversin, but only enough for two and a half barrels in all, none new. 60% stems. Fine dense mid purple. A soft plump fruit, enveloped in cashmere. The stems are apparent on the nose in the white pepper style. Excellent length too.
