Tasting note
Glowing pale lemon. The bouquet is wonderful, that pure white fruit limestone which Chevalier excels in. Light on its feet despite the exceptional intensity, lemon fresh towards the bank and with as long a finish as you can imagine, just building a little flesh on the bones the longer it continues. Tasted Dec 2021.
