The domaine has an enviable holding of Valmur, enough for 12 barrels and much more in tank. Pretty mid lemon-yellow colour, with a fabulous bouquet, on the cusp between white and yellow fruit. Valmur aromatics leap out of the glass. A marvellous sense of precision and the cooler style of the north-facing side. Crisp fresh finish with some lemon scented notes and excellent persistence. Bravo! Drink from 2027-2035. Tasted Jun 2022.
