Tasting note
The 2013 OT, a blend of Syrah, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot aged in French oak, is another fabulous wine from Oliviero Toscani. Unctuous and richly textured, the 2013 packs a serious punch. The oak is a bit too much, and yet there is something about the intensity of the fruit that makes the wine absolutely delicious. With a little more attention to cooperage, the OT could be a materially better wine.
