倉吉喺日本人口最少的鳥取縣🇯🇵，地處於京都的西北方向，面向日本海，四周綠悠悠，加上大山的泉水甘甜，水質係日本數一數二。蒸餾廠1910年創立，鳥取天氣獨特—夏天熱，冬天冷，日夜溫差大，似蘇格蘭艾雷島—令威士忌熟成更出色，味道更濃。呢款水造出嘅威士忌好順滑平衡，有蜂蜜、雲呢拿、堅果同少少煙燻香料味，絕對展現出日本威士忌嘅優雅和諧。
倉吉威士忌精選唔同蒸餾廠（包括蘇格蘭）的麥芽原液，細心調配後喺白橡木桶陳年，冇經過冷凝過濾，保留純正風味。雖然倉吉威士忌唔係好出名，但識貨的都知佢罕有、有深度、有充滿風土特色，係收藏家心頭好。

In Tottori’s tranquil Kurayoshi City, the Kurayoshi Distillery, owned by Matsui Shuzo, crafts exquisite pure malt whiskies🥃 using the pure, mineral-rich spring water from Mt. Daisen, which is filtered through volcanic rock for exceptional clarity.
Nestled in Japan’s least populous prefecture🇯🇵, northwest of Kyoto on the Sea of Japan, Kurayoshi is surrounded by lush vegetation, with Mt. Daisen’s soft, sweet spring water flowing through vibrant streams, boasting some of Japan’s finest water quality. Founded in 1910, the distillery benefits from Tottori’s bold climate—hot summers, icy winters, and sharp daily temperature swings reminiscent of Islay—which enhances maturation and intensifies flavors. This pristine water shapes a smooth, balanced whisky with notes of honey, vanilla, nuts, and smoky spice. It’s Japanese whisky at its finest: elegant and harmonious.
Kurayoshi is a whisky produced and sold by Matsui Shuzo, which carefully selects and vats malts from various distilleries, including those in Scotland, aging them in white oak casks for a pure, authentic taste without chill-filtration. Lesser known yet revered, Kurayoshi is a collector’s secret for its rare, terroir-driven depth.
