Tasting note
The 2022er Niedermenniger Herrenberg Riesling Kabinett Feinherb Herbert (the reference to this internal cask name is provided in small print on the label after the AP number) is an off-dry wine made from fruit harvested in the Kasselsheidchen part of the vineyard situated high up the slope. It offers a very elegant and pure nose of white and yellow fruits, jasmine, lavender, violet, and pear. The wine is delicately refined and juicy on the fruity and fresh palate. However, the finish is superbly fresh and clean with animating zest, giving it a dryish feel. 2024-2032
