We'll start with Domaine Jean Grivot Aux Lavieres Nuits-St-Georges 2018, which showcases the elegance and finesse of the classic Burgundian winemaking approach, and move on to Domaine de la Vougeraie Les Damodes Nuits-St-Georges Premier Cru 2017, a wine that provides a perfect snapshot of the power and complexity of Nuits-Saint-Georges terroir.

We'll then taste Domaine Jean Chauvenet Les Perrières Nuits-St-Georges Premier Cru 2017, well-known for its delicate, silky, and fruit-driven reds.
