有啲Burgundy飲落充滿傳統氣息，但Yann Durieux嘅酒完全唔同，一入口就係純粹而強烈嘅能量🤯。
佢為酒莊取名「Recrue des Sens」——「感官新兵」，真係非常貼切。因為佢啲酒從來唔只停留喺味道層面，你會同時感受到質地、活力，仲有杯入面嗰份安靜卻又躍動嘅生命力，飲完真係令人難以忘懷。
Yann嘅底子極紮實：先後師從Julien Guillot，仲同傳奇人物Henri-Frederic Roch喺Prieure-Roch共事十年。2010年，佢喺Hautes-Cotes de Nuits創立咗自己嘅細酒，得三公頃平均五十年的老藤（部分地塊同DRC作鄰）。全程有機同生物動力法耕作，低產量、全果串發酵、自然酵母、絕不添加硫，只標Vin de France——原原本本咁將風土呈現出嚟。🙌
佢啲Pinot Noir香氣迷人、細膩而充滿活力；白酒就純淨透徹、礦物感強烈、平衡又富表達力。每支酒都帶住明顯嘅優雅同風土印記。

There are Burgundies that taste of tradition, and then there are those—like Yann Durieux’s—that taste of pure energy🤯.
He chose the name Recrue des Sens—“Recruit of the Senses”—because his wines truly engage more than just taste. Beyond flavour, you feel the texture, the energy, the quiet, restless life in the glass.
Trained first by Julien Guillot and then for ten years alongside Henri-Frederic Roch at Prieure-Roch, Yann started his own small domaine in 2010. Just three hectares of old vines (averagely 50-year-old) in the Hautes Cotes de Nuits, some neighbouring DRC, tended organically and biodynamically with low yields, whole-cluster fermentation, natural yeast, no added sulphur, and labelled Vin de France so nothing stands between the terroir and you.🙌
The Pinots are fragrant, refined and endlessly vivid; the whites are pure, mineral, perfectly poised and expressive. Each bottle carries an unmistakable sense of grace and place.
