Dominique Cornin，一切就係圍繞住嗰堆來自 Maconnais、純淨又優雅嘅老藤酒——有啲老藤甚至追溯到1909年——Neal Martin 話佢哋充滿靈魂💖，透過生物動力法同埋最小干預，融合咗精緻同真正嘅風土。
呢個12.5公頃嘅莊園位於 Chaintre 村，1993年由 Dominique Cornin 創立，而家由佢仔 Romain 同太太 Adeline 掌舵。佢哋耕作黏土、石灰岩同片岩土壤嘅地塊，喺充滿生機嘅泥土孕育出最健康嘅葡萄。自2003年起獲得有機同生物動力認證，佢哋避開化學品，轉而採用蕁麻與千葉薊等天然元素去維護、滋養葡萄園。手工採收嘅葡萄用野生酵母發酵，透過重力流，喺不鏽鋼桶、橡木桶或者demi-muids度釀製單一葡萄園 Pouilly-Fuisse 酒款。而收穫就係：清新、礦物味爆燈嘅酒。
正如 Neal Martin 喺多次到訪後講：「我嚟呢個莊園已經好幾年，呢度嘅出品每年品質都好穩定🤲🏻。同佢爸一樣，Cornin係個聰明、有心思嘅葡萄農釀酒師，佢嘅酒，就係有種難以捉摸嘅美好…充滿靈魂。」

At Dominique Cornin, it's all about those pure, elegant wines from old vines in the Maconnais—some dating to 1909—that Neal Martin calls soulful💖, blending finesse and true terroir through biodynamic practices and minimal intervention that feel like a warm Burgundy hug.
This 12.5-hectare estate in the village of Chaintre started in 1993 under Dominique Cornin, now led by his son Romain and wife Adeline. They farm plots of clay, limestone, and schist soils to yield the healthiest grapes in vibrant earth. Certified organic and biodynamic since 2003, they skip chemicals for natural boosts like nettle and yarrow. Hand-harvested grapes ferment with wild yeasts via gravity flow, in stainless steel, or oak barrels and demi-muids for the single vineyard Pouilly-Fuisse cuvees. The payoff: Fresh, mineral-kissed pours that captivate with every sip.

The 2021 Pouilly-Fuissé Clos du Roy is one of the richer wines in the range, exhibiting notes of honeyed orchard fruit, citrus zest, white flowers and lilac, followed by a medium to full-bodied, bright and satiny palate that's pure, layered and saline. Formerly known as the Clos Reyssié, this is always a more muscular bottling, so the cooler vintage has actually imparted unusual finesse.

Spared by both frost and hail, it's a great success.
