Highlights include Tony Bornard from Jura’s Pupillin, neighbor to the legendary Pierre Overnoy😚. His zero-addition wines range from the clean, minerally-fresh styles of the modern Jura to the traditional Vin de Jaune and Macvin, always pure and stylish. Check out “Le Ginglet” or “Mammouth Telecabine” —an experimental Savagnin fermented with wild yeasts and aged in stone eggs, no sulfites, for two years, unlocking a complex, authentic flavor.
For Aussie flair, try Momento Mori from Gippsland: handcrafted with small ferments, wild yeast, no oak or additives. Vibrant, fresh, and alive, these wines are made with patient, sulfur-free processes that preserve their character. Or The Other Right’s “Love Potion Shiraz 2024” from McLaren Vale, with only 720 bottles produced, showcases a brooding mix of dark fruit, chocolate, cedar, and pepper. A hint of Grenache from the vineyard lends a delicate touch of blue fruit that enhances its depth without overwhelming the rich core. Whole-bunch fermentation contributes to a juicy, structured finish.
Our new collection also brings exciting finds from diverse producers, including The Hermit Ram from Canterbury, Lucy M Wines from Adelaide Hills, Wildman Wine from McLaren Vale, and Okro's Wines from Georgia, crafted with traditional techniques in earthenware qvevri buried in the ground.
