This week we are offering the exceptional wines of Chateau des Tours and Domaine des Tours, crafted by Emmanuel Reynaud, the genius behind Chateau Rayas. Based in Sarrians in the Rhone Valley, Reynaud’s wines are renowned for their purity, elegance, and complexity, reflecting his meticulous, organic approach. Since taking over the family estate, Emmanuel cultivates old-vine Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Merlot, Grenache Blanc, and Clairette with care, using hand-harvesting, and minimal-intervention vinification to express their terroir.🫶
Chateau des Tours produces flagship wines under the Vacqueyras and Cotes du Rhone appellations, known for their depth, structure, and aromatic intensity. With concentrated fruit and refined tannins, these complex wines are perfect for collectors and enthusiasts seeking age-worthy Rhone expressions.

Aug 28 - 30 : Folium Vineyard In-store Tasting
位於Marlborough Brancott Valley的Folium Vineyard走的是與眾不同的路,重點全在葡萄藤上🌱。日本釀酒師Takaki Okada將他的紐西蘭酒莊命名為Folium——拉丁文「葉」的意思,因為他用dry farming,葡萄藤需要特別賣力,根深深鑽進由古老冰川和河流打造的黏土土壤裡。與Marlborough幾乎所有仰賴灌溉的葡萄園不同,Folium選擇不灌溉,讓葡萄藤自己深入尋找水源。這些土壤恰好保留足夠的水分,讓葡萄藤保持平衡,釀出真正反映風土與年份特色的葡萄酒。
由於不使用灌溉,Folium的葡萄藤葉片較少,讓更多陽光照射到葡萄上。這讓Marlborough常見的那種草本、青澀味(Methoxypyrazines)少了不少。它們與你所知的Marlborough葡萄酒都不一樣!
Folium Vineyard in Marlborough’s Brancott Valley does things differently, and it’s all about the vines🌱. Japanese winemaker Takaki Okada named his NZ winery Folium—Latin for LEAF—because his dry-farmed vines do the hard work, digging deep into clay-based soils shaped by ancient glaciers and rivers. Unlike nearly every other vineyard in Marlborough that relies on irrigation, Folium skips it, pushing the vines’ roots deep to find water. These soils hold just enough moisture to balance the vines, crafting wines that truly capture their terroir and vintage.
Without irrigation, Folium’s vines grow fewer leaves, letting more sunlight reach the grapes. This reduces those grassy, green flavors (Methoxypyrazines) typical of Marlborough. These wines are unlike any Marlborough bottles you know.
Aug 21 - 23 : Domaine Pierre Martin In-store Tasting

Domaine Pierre Martin shines through its respect for tradition and land. Organically farmed with biodynamic principles, the estate avoids herbicides, relying on hand-worked soils and nature’s guidance. Limestone caillottes and clay-limestone terres blanches soils lend vibrant minerality. With 35-year-old vines, Pierre’s wines capture Chavignol’s warm microclimate, offering a richer, more expressive style than your typical light Sancerre—think of it as the "grand cru" vibe😚, even if the term isn't official.
