The straw yellow colour of this wine offers a beautiful, persistent and elegant effervescence.

From the best plots of the estate (Cramant), the nose of this exceptional champagne offers complex aromas of white flowers and fresh fruit accompanied by vanilla and gently toasty notes, reminding us of how this wine was aged in oak barrels.

After swirling, the aromatic palette is enriched with mineral notes provided by the richness of a terroir particularly suited to Chardonnay.

On the palate, the attack is fresh and elegant, the sparkling is creamy, backed by an aromatic harmony reminding us of the fruitiness and the notes perceived on the nose. A charming and elegant wine that will appeal to all lovers of great Champagne.
