Tasting note
Disgorged in December 2021 with three grams per liter dosage, the 2017 Extra-Brut Rosé de Saignée Special Club Les Bouts de la Ville unwinds in the glass with a pretty bouquet of rose petals, tangerine and fresh bread. Medium to full-bodied, tender and charming, with a pretty core of fruit and a pillowy mousse, it's a delicate, fine-boned rendition of this perennially excellent cuvée.
