The 2019 Brut Rosé de Saignée La Confiance de Mon Père is 100% Meunier from the oldest parcel in the Les Bouts de La Ville lieu-dit in Cuisles and saw 168 hours of maceration. Deep and expressive, this Rosé is so impressive. The La Confiance is a terrific example of the Moussé house style. Cinnamon, crushed rocks and dried herbs all grace the long, persistent finish. Dosage is 2 grams per liter. Disgorged: February, 2023.
