Tasting note
Old vines from his aunt, his since 2013. Not much frost. Glowing mid lemon, quite reductive. Hillside elegance comes out afterwards, builds very nicely on the palate, gains weight and has a perfect follow through. Very stylish. Long slow fermentation. Tasted Oct 2017.
