Tasting note
Mid lemon yellow. This is the most concentrated to date, evidently aligoté with concentrated baked apple as well as a herbal note. Fresh citrus minerality at the back, with a particularly satisfying finish. Drink from 2026-2029. Tasted Oct 2024.
