Tasting note
Picked 8th September with 40% whole cluster. Medium density of colour Very pretty nose here, the whole bunches to the fore but it really lifts the bouquet, if raspberries were flowers…. This is heavenly on the palate, very svelte, unforced, gracious, all red fruit, lovely complex waves of subtle fruit, beautifully fresh with fabulous minerals. This is a really magnificent example. Tasted Nov 2018.
