Tasting note

From lots of vineyards, with different picking dates. Pale colour. The nose is more discreet than the Aligoté but very classy nonetheless. Lovely fresh apples, clean and crisp, with a beautifully poised finish, nothing ultra-intense but really fine. And so persistent. Tasted Jan 2021.
