Tasting note
Beautiful clear pure colour, there is just a little toast on the nose, but the barrel is not intrusive. Sublime balanced pure, white fruit with the lightest sucrosity, despite the elegance this wine has very considerable intensity. Some lemon notes alongside a little just ripe peach. Tasted Jul 2021.
