Tasting note
One third whole bunches in the vat this year. Another very intense purple with a brilliant heady chambollesque nose. Thick textured, mouth-filling, the finish built on some acidity combined with the bundle of tannins. Long rich thick raspberry juice finish. This will be a keeper. Drink from 2026-2033. Tasted Nov 2019.
