Tasting note
Fine pure fresh purple. An exquisite nose here, the stems work extremely well and have maintained an element of freshness. I am very happy to keep sniffing away at this. The dancing quality continues on the palate, very well balanced acidity, just a gracious edge of perfumed Musigny, persistent. Fine balance. The whole bunch style is certainly discernible but the class of the vineyard shows through equally strongly.
