Tasting note

From four little plots, making eight barrels in all. 40% stems, from a racked barrel, neither reduction nor stems show any more. Purple not black. A gorgeous heady red fruit, with such a thick dense texture here, almost smothered by it, enough acidity, a tannin or two quite nicely in balance and with really good length. The Petits Monts stands out this year.
