Tasting note

Domaine. 3 plots in the upper part, with a normal crop in 2016. Palish colour, high class concentrated nose with the oak in balance. This has the dramatic tension that was possibly missing in Genevrières. Fully weighty, plenty of oak but the fruit is more dominant. Ripe apples, good acidity at the back. A very good example. Tasted Oct 2017.
