Tasting note

50% whole bunch vinification. Not too deep in colour, with a correspondingly lifted nose, I love the subtlety and the elegance, there is a little truffled raspberry too, a suspicion of white pepper spice, an engaging detail, which breaks up and stretches out the fruit very nicely.
