Tasting note

Brilliant violet. Highly perfumed raspberry, candied cherry, incense and floral aromas pick up a smoky mineral accent with air. Juicy, penetrating and light on its feet, offering concentrated yet nervy, spice-laced red fruit liqueur, blood orange and floral pastille flavors that slowly deepen as the wine opens up. The mineral and floral notes drive an extremely long, energetic finish that shows impressive tension, silky tannins and a subtle touch of star anise.
