Tasting note

Gently cooked red-berry fruit and warm, sweet spice. A ripe, warm, weighty Pinot that has comforting density. Reassuring rather than racy. Tannins have a smudgy, red-earth quality. Red-brick tannins. This could handle food with deeper, darker, richer flavours than most Mornington Pinots.
